Platform calls the API

The ops team embeds a single API call into the worker onboarding flow. Vidur generates and displays a QR code for the worker to scan. No infrastructure to build or maintain.

Worker scans and approves

The worker scans the QR with their Aadhaar App, reviews the data being requested, and approves. The platform receives a digitally signed verifiable credential.

Verified in under 60 seconds

Vidur verifies the credential locally against UIDAI's public key. No server call to UIDAI required. The platform receives a clean verified response. Worker is onboarded.

The name

Named after Vidura, Prime Minister of Hastinapura in the Mahabharata.

In a court full of kings, warriors, and sages, Vidura was the one who spoke truth plainly and without compromise, even when the truth was unwelcome. As Prime Minister, he was the counsellor who saw clearly and advised honestly.

For a company whose entire product is verifiable truth, the name is deliberate. We do not guess at identity. We verify it.
